In support of Michigan State University Global, I provided consult in several areas:
- Requirements analysis and documentation
- Product and application research
- Implementation of a Drupal 5.x demo web site
In short, I provided information architecture and technology evaluation consulting in the design and implementation of the FSKN system that will include, but is not limited to:
- Open educational resources
- Professional development
- Community knowledge sharing online
For one aspect of the pilot, I implemented a Drupal Content Management System to demonstrate one aspect of the network and the role of a taxonomy in information management as well as how a CMS can be used to map competencies to learning opportunities. Contributed to the design and documentation of the overarching system architecture.
