Facilitation Projects

I started facilitating process improvement sessions in 1991 as part of the TRW TQM facilitators and trainers volunteer group. The number of meetings that I have formally and informally facilitated is more than what can be listed here. Most of my projects have required some form of meeting facilitation. Here are some examples of sessions from the 1990s. Their goals were to:

  • Gather information and plan for the potential Y2K impacts to the FAA NAS Architecture.
  • Define instructional design techniques being used by KC Resources employees in order to identify training needs and new company procedures.
  • Define functional requirements among a myriad of technically complex FAA issues and mixed personalities.
  • Identify how the financial and accounting processes across multiple countries within NATO Seasparrow should work together.

Below are a few recent more recent projects that included a task to facilitate a session.
