The goal of this project was to upgrade MSU Global's customer relationship management system from Maximizer to whatever would fit their needs best and stay within budget. My responsibilities were to:
- Analyze the business processes being used
- Evaluate possible solutions for the business processes
- Make recommendations regarding systems evaluated
- Facilitate acquisition of system and customization
- Identify and document customization data and design requirements
- Manage the developer and development processes
- Planned and coordinated the data migration
- Facilitate implementation, testing, training, and troubleshooting
The best solution was an upgrade and customized integrated module.
